Chef Chris grew up as a second generation Canadian born in a small city in northern Ontario. From a young age, he was immersed in an Italian community and raised in an Italian/Polish family who embraced old world traditional cooking techniques and methods. He began his culinary journey over 20 years ago, acquiring his culinary training and years of professional experience. From classics to contemporary, Chef Chris takes a creative and unique approach to every ingredient used in every dish.
